A new way to connect with the Mosaic Center!

Today, we welcomed our first morning orientation group! As we continue to grow, we’re creating more opportunities for our community to connect with our resources, learn about the support available, and take the first step toward becoming a Mosaic Center member.

With the addition of a morning session, we’ll now offer two orientations each month, giving our community more flexibility and more ways to get connected.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning! We’re excited to continue opening more doors and creating more opportunities for our community.

Calling High School Graduates Interested in Healthcare!

Ready to explore a career in healthcare? Join us at the Mosaic Center, a workforce development center powered by IU Health, for an upcoming Info Session and Hiring Event designed to connect high school graduates with full-time healthcare career opportunities.

The Info Session is a great opportunity to learn about available career pathways, role requirements, and what to expect during the hiring process before connecting with hiring teams at the Hiring Event.

A morning option could make all the difference for someone ready to explore a healthcare career. ☀️

The Mosaic Center’s first Monday morning Orientation is October 5, from 10 a.m.–noon.

This free, two-hour session introduces participants to coaching that can help them explore IU Health roles, prepare applications, and plan their next steps with someone to guide them.

📺✨ Mark your calendars! The Mosaic Center will be featured on WTHR on Tuesday, September 29 at 9:00 a.m.!

Kente Bell, Integrated Career Coach at the Mosaic Center, will be speaking in a special segment on “Parents Returning to the Workforce,” highlighting the resources and support available to help parents navigate their path back into the workforce.

Finding time to focus on your career isn't always easy when you're balancing work, family and everything else life throws your way.

That's why we're adding a second monthly Orientation session!

Beginning in October, you can choose between two in-person options at the Mosaic Center:

First Mondays: 10 a.m.–noon
Third Thursdays: 4–6 p.m.

Both sessions offer the same opportunity to explore healthcare careers, learn about our free membership resources and talk with a coach or Mosaic Center leader about your goals.

Whether you're looking for your first healthcare job or considering a career change, we're here to help you explore what's next.

Congratulations to our latest Career Readiness Training (CRT) cohort! 🎉

This group brought dedication, positivity, and a genuine willingness to grow throughout the program. As one of our larger cohorts, it was inspiring to watch participants build confidence, strengthen their professional skills, and support one another along the way. The growth demonstrated by this cohort was truly remarkable, and we are proud of all they accomplished.

A special thank you to Training for Success for their partnership and commitment to preparing individuals for future opportunities. Your impact does not go unnoticed.

To our graduates: thank you for your hard work, engagement, and perseverance. We are excited to see what the future holds for each of you and wish you continued success as you pursue your goals.

Creating connections. Exploring opportunities. Building pathways.

The Mosaic Center connects individuals with employment opportunities across IU Health by building relationships and increasing awareness of the many career paths available throughout the organization.

Recently, the Mosaic Center Team toured Methodist Hospital's Supply Chain Operations department to gain a better understanding of the entry-level roles, work environment, and opportunities available to those we serve. The more we learn about departments across IU Health, the better equipped we are to connect individuals with opportunities that align with their goals.

A special thank you to the Supply Chain Operations team for welcoming us, sharing your experiences, and providing a behind-the-scenes look at the important work you do every day. We are grateful for the partnership and look forward to continuing to work together to create meaningful opportunities within IU Health. 💙
