We loved welcoming the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE) Indiana Chapter to the Mosaic Center! 🎉

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate emerging healthcare leaders, build new connections, and support professionals who are helping shape the future of healthcare in our communities.

This cohort completed Career Readiness Training equipped with ready-to-work skills, professional confidence, and a strong understanding of IU Health’s values and workplace culture.

Do you know why we are so passionate about introducing our members to new healthcare career opportunities? We spend time learning what those jobs are really like.

This week, the Mosaic Center team visited perioperative services at IU Health University Hospital to experience roles in: Surgical Technology, Sterile Processing, Operating Room Support, and Patient Care Areas

Our coaches observed real healthcare environments, met frontline caregivers, and learned more about the skills, pace, and teamwork these careers actually require.

Why does that matter?

Because when you come to the Mosaic Center, we want to give you real guidance, from people who understand the work. We look beyond the title and the checklist of qualifications. We want to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported as you explore your next step.
