Last week we hosted over 700 high school students and educators from central Indiana at Construction Zone Building Trades Expo 2026. 25 of our union trade and contracting partners showed up with hands-on activities and prepared to talk with students about WHAT'S NEXT for them after graduation and why Indiana's Union Construction Industry offers career opportunities for professional growth and personal success!

Programs like this take a TEAM. Thank you to our sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers for showing that our industry is looking to the future and built to succeed.
