Today’s students need more than a diploma. They need clear, connected pathways to careers, credentials, and economic mobility.

A new report from Education First lays out a bold vision to align education and workforce systems so every young person graduates with direction, real-world experience, and a network to support their future.

At EmployIndy, we’re committed to building these pathways locally, ensuring young people have access to career-connected learning, strong advising, and accelerated opportunities that lead to in-demand careers.
