We are excited to announce that Expungement Project Hutchinson is BACK March 11 & 12, 2027! 🎉
We believe in second chances, removing barriers, and creating opportunities for our neighbors to move forward. A past mistake, an eviction, or a suspended driver’s license should not have to stand in the way of securing employment, finding stable housing, supporting your family, or building the future you deserve.
Our FREE community clinics will focus on:
- Criminal record expungement
- Driver’s license restoration
- Eviction record expungement
Expungement Project Hutchinson is a Hutch in Harmony initiative made possible through collaboration with Kansas Legal Services, the Human Relations Commission, Hutchinson NAACP, and dedicated local attorneys who believe that access to justice should not depend on someone’s ability to pay.
We know that navigating the legal system can feel overwhelming, especially when financial barriers stand in the way. That’s why we continue working together to bring resources, legal guidance, and opportunities directly to our community.
