Individuals participating in this exciting endeavor, choose their level of contribution to the artistic process, from the design, to the production, finishing and even marketing of the finished pieces. The flexibility of the creative process allows for virtually everyone to participate at a level of their choosing while working at times that are convenient and enjoyable for them. Disability Supports’ commitment to The Clayworks success is evidenced by our ongoing efforts to expand the scope of both the products produced and now, the new studio and retail store. With the training support from local professional artists who share our participant’s creative enthusiasm, it is our goal to provide all of the support necessary to build on the existing success for our artists. To that end, Disability Supports bears all of the costs of equipment, staffing and materials so that all of the proceeds from each sale compensate the creative efforts of the individuals who participate.
