TECH is excited to be part of StationMD and the opportunities it will offer our clients!

Today, we launch StationMD in Kansas!

Through InterHab’s Rural Health Transformation grant, StationMD is officially live today, bringing 24/7 access to specialized telemedicine care to Kansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities across participating provider organizations.

This project is about something simple but incredibly important: making sure people with I/DD can get the right care, at the right time, in the place they call home — regardless of where they live in Kansas.

“Access to healthcare can be especially challenging for Kansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those barriers are often even greater in rural communities. This project gives us an opportunity to bring specialized healthcare directly to people when and where they need it. We are incredibly excited to see StationMD go live today and to learn what this model can mean for better access, better outcomes, and fewer unnecessary trips to the emergency room.”
