📖 Tuesday Night Bible Study & Community Night! 🙏
It’s that time of the week! Every Tuesday evening, we come together for our weekly Bible study, fellowship, and community. This week, we had the pleasure of following the teaching of Shannon Carter, and we are extremely grateful for his time, wisdom, and willingness to pour into the men of Redemption by Grace.

We also take time as a community to address accountability, encourage one another, and work through any issues within the home. Growth happens when we’re willing to be honest, accountable, and walk together.

And of course, we can’t forget dinner! 🍽️ A huge thank-you to Wesley and his wonderful mother, who blessed everyone with an amazing chicken casserole. It was absolutely incredible! ❤️

We are grateful for everyone who continues to pour into this ministry and help us walk these men toward Christ, recovery, and a better life.

Redemption by Grace held our weekly community this evening at Renewal Chapel, and we are extremely grateful for the time we were able to spend together.

A special shout-out to Pastor Mark Booth for coming and sharing a powerful Bible study on the importance of submitting ourselves to the Lord. Learning to surrender our will, trust God's direction, and allow Him to lead our lives is at the heart of true transformation.

Mark Booth , we love having you with us, and we are extremely grateful for your presence, your wisdom, and everything you do for Redemption by Grace. Thank you for investing in the lives of our men and helping point them toward Christ.

My name is Dustin Hymes, I have struggled with drug addiction and alcoholism since I was 17. A sports injury introduced me to narcotics at a young age, I was introduced to recovery in Huntington in 2016. I was never serious about it. I would stick around for 100 days or so and find a good excuse to give up. I was also introduced to God around that time and also never took that seriously.

The fall and winter of 2025 was the hardest 6 months of lessons Ive had. Pushed my family away, chose alcohol and drugs over my woman and kids. And in February I had the first loss in the family. My aunt, she went to work and never came home. Once she passed away, I became very dependant on alcohol and emotionally I had given up on everything. In May I had a moment of clarity and heard God speak to me thru my son, he said "it's never to late to get some help" he knew I had a problem. He could see it. I made the decision to go to treatment.

I showed up to Harmony Ridge on Mother's Day weekend. I spent a week with the worst detox I've ever had. Once coming out of the fog I began to feel the presence of God at work in my heart. I wanted something different, I reach out to the pastor that introduced me to God. He is also the pastor of the church we attend weekly. The director was on vacation.

The pastor told me to be patient and reach out to Jeremiah in a week. When I got ahold of him. He was happy to hear from me but told me I better be ready. He was going to expect a lot out of me. He accepted me into the program, and I'm forever grateful for this opportunity.

This isn't just another sober living, it is a Christian discipleship program. The writings are designed and lined up to devlope a fruitful relationship with God. The people that have poured into me in the past 90 days are men of God. Since being here I have become closer to God than I have ever been. I have obtained my driver's license. Developed a relationship with all my children. Began working the steps with a qualified sponsor. Obtained employment with a company full of people in recovery. I am forever thankful for the chance to change my life here at Redemption by Grace.

Redemption by Grace would like to give a huge thank you to Dawn Atwell, the best mother in the world!

She blessed our weekly house meeting and our home with an incredible meal of pulled pork, baked beans, green bean casserole, and homemade chocolate brownies. Her generosity, love, and servant's heart mean so much to everyone in our program.

We are incredibly grateful for your continued support and for the love you pour into the men we serve. Thank you for helping make our house feel like home. May God richly bless you for your kindness and faithfulness.

Every promise you keep to yourself strengthens your belief in what you are capable of achieving.

Action creates evidence that you can do hard things.

We proudly celebrate and congratulate our newest graduates of the Christian Discipleship Program.
These men came broken, searching for hope and direction, and through the grace of God, hard work, obedience, and faith, they are leaving restored, renewed, and reunited with their families. Their lives are living testimonies that Jesus Christ still changes lives and makes all things new.

We are honored to walk alongside them in this journey and cannot wait to see what God continues to do in their future. Congratulations, graduates — your victory is a testimony of redemption, restoration, and God’s unfailing love.
