Today is the registration deadline for the 1st Annual ADRC Expo! Register today and join us Wednesday, October 21, for an afternoon of presentations, resources, conversations, and a community meal.

🗣️ Scams and Fraud Impacting Older Adults Presentation: 1:30 pm
🩺 St. Croix County Public Health Presentation: 3 pm
🍽️ Community meal: 4:30 pm

The meal is provided through the ADRC Senior Nutrition Program. The suggested contribution is $10 for adults age 60 and older; the cost for adults under 60 is $15.

🌎 Mission Moment on World Sight Day

“Hi Limitless Cycling! Just wanted to share; after my daughter’s ride on Monday she called me and said “Mom I’m going to blow your mind, I was just riding a bike!!!” Thanks so much for making her day, her week, her month!! We have tried teach her to ride but then thought with her vision issues it wasn’t safe, this is the way to go for her!! Thank you so very much!!

As we enter our fourth year of partnering with the St. Croix County Department of Health & Services and the Minneapolis VA, Limitless Cycling is proud to continue serving those who’ve served us.

Not only do we provide access to the outdoors through our adaptive experiences, but we also help ensure access to alternative transportation—getting local veterans safely and comfortably to and from their VA appointments.

Together, we’re removing barriers, building connections, and honoring our veterans by keeping them active, independent, and engaged in the community they fought to protect.

It’s World Mental Health Day - Break the stigma and let’s talk about it! Mental health impacts all of us in one way or another and it’s okay to talk about it, ask for help, and recognize when you just need to take a time out for yourself. It’s okay!

🧇🚲👻 We love waffles. We love bikes. And we REALLY love when a locally owned business brings them together to support Limitless Cycling!

Wilder Waffle Co is our go-to for waffle goodness, and now they’re giving us another reason to love them: the 1st Annual Wilder Waffle Halloween Hunt! 🎃

On Saturday, October 31, grab your bike, gather your crew, and wear a costume that won’t become part of your drivetrain. Chase ghosts, solve mysteries, and help raise funds so more people can experience the outdoors through Limitless Cycling.

Here’s the spooky scoop:

👻 $30 registration
🚲 Approximately 25 miles, with a route you choose between required checkpoints
🗺️ 10 a.m. — Maps handed out
🧇 2 p.m. — Return deadline to claim your free waffle
🏆 2:30 p.m. — Awards for fastest finisher, best costume, and best team theme
🎁 Swag bags for all registered riders!

A section through the woods makes bigger tires a good idea. The waffle shop will stay open until 3 p.m. for the post-ride fun!

We’re grateful to Wilder Waffle for choosing Limitless Cycling as the beneficiary and helping create more opportunities for “Those who never thought they could, and those who never thought they would again.” ❤️

The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce is running a contest to determine the "coolest thing” made in Minnesota! One of the items selected is a Trackchair.

The Trackchair is an all-terrain wheelchair that navigates sand, snow, mud and water up to 10 inches deep. The latest model, called AXIS 30, measures 30 inches wide and was built for hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The Trackchair has made it to the final four each year since the competition’s inception in 2024.
