Big News! We're Moving!

The Connect Center is excited to announce that we will soon be relocating to our new home at: 287 Central Avenue, Bayport, MN 55003

As our programs continue to grow, we need more space to serve youth, individuals, and families experiencing housing instability throughout Washington County. Our new office will provide room for expanded services, volunteers, community partnerships, and future growth.

While our address is changing, our mission remains the same: connecting people to resources, support, and hope.
