I received Binho table top soccer game for Christmas and love it!

Since the boys are back at school, no ones home to play it with me, so I brought it to the gym so my fellow soccer fan, Perry, and I can play a game after each class.

We’ve had some great battles so far, and it is actually a great way to work on hand/finger control, mobility and dexterity.

Come join us this Giving Tuesday for a special Rock Steady Boxing Hudson morning that’s all about moving, learning, and feeling good heading into the holidays.

Dr. Danielle Dabruzzi from Pathways Family Chiropractic and sports performance specialist Jill Magee will be in the ring with us, sharing simple, helpful ways to stay strong, steady, and navigate holiday stress with a little more ease.
