Viasat, co-founded by CEO Mark Dankberg '77, recently launched a third satellite, completing a trio of launches which first deployed in 2023. These satellites "will become a cornerstone of our unified, global, high-capacity network" according to Dankberg.

SpaceX launched the final ViaSat-3 satellite on Wednesday morning to complete Viasat’s trio of high-capacity Geostationary Orbit (GEO) satellites.
