For over 10 years, HOOTS has distributed scholarships to assist in the education of employees and dependents of employees from Facilities, Engineering and Planning, Housing and Dining, Transportation and Parking and the Rice University Police Department. Money for these scholarships is raised through the hard work and resourcefulness of its members, along with the generous donations of its support
