NonPareil Houston

NonPareil Houston There are two nP campuses located in Plano, TX (Dallas area) and Houston.

nonPareil is a post-secondary instructional program helping adults with autism progress toward their potential by integrating work readiness training with hands on technical instruction and social engagement opportunities. nonPareil Institute (nP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation which provides technical training to post-high school adults who are affected with autism spectrum disorder. The programs at nP make use of artistic software, code generation products, 3D animation studio tools, digital sound applications and other creativity enabling tools. Crew members also train in the executive management of their own lives, empowering them to succeed in the workplace and personal environments. nP is a community of friends where crew members bond over social events, gaming, and shared experiences. It's a safe place for each crew member to be themselves while working to tap in to their full potential.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM).

This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” recognizes the skills, contributions, and talents people with disabilities bring to the workforce and communities.
NDEAM promotes inclusion, raises awareness, celebrates contributions, and encourages businesses to create more disability-inclusive workplaces.

At nonPareil, we see every day how inclusive opportunities can unlock talent, creativity, and new possibilities.

This month and beyond, we’re celebrating the value and talent of people with disabilities and continuing to build better futures for adults with autism.
