The launch of Doing Business in Brazil was featured at the iUP hub de inovação Innovation Connection on the final day of ROG.e , bringing together Adriana Botto, BRATECC Board Director, Helder Waiandt, BRATECC Vice President, and Jane Stricker, BRATECC Advisory.

Developed in partnership with our member Drummond Advisors , the guide provides valuable information and insights for international companies interested in exploring opportunities and doing business in Brazil.

The panel offered a relevant discussion on the opportunities, challenges, and pathways for entering and operating in the Brazilian market, reinforcing BRATECC’s commitment to connecting businesses, fostering meaningful relationships, and strengthening business ties between Brazil and the international market.

As part of BRATECC’s continuing agenda in Rio de Janeiro following ROG.e 2026, our team, led by President Carla Lacerda, visited the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute (IBP | Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis ).

The visit’s main objective was to personally deliver BRATECC’s 25th Anniversary commemorative medal to IBP President and CEO Roberto Ardenghy, as well as to other key members of IBP’s leadership.

This institutional visit also reflects BRATECC’s continued commitment to strengthening relationships with long-standing partners such as IBP, whose collaboration has played an important role throughout our organization’s history.

Secretary Howden highlighted the billions in trade and investment, and the relationships built over 𝟮𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, between our two economies, noting that Brazil remains 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹’𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 and a 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 overall.
