We are looking for teachers with:
• Strong German language skills (Goethe C1/C2 or equivalent preferred)
• Teaching experience, especially online or with diverse learners
• Clear communication skills, patience, and cultural awareness
• Comfort using online platforms such as Zoom or Moodle
• Creative and engaging teaching methods
• A passion for education, empowerment, and community impact

تُستخدم برامج المساعدات النقدية المباشرة على نطاق واسع حول العالم كوسيلة فعّالة وكريمة لدعم العائلات المحتاجة. وعلى عكس نماذج المساعدات التقليدية، تتيح هذه البرامج للعائلات المرونة في اتخاذ القرار بشأن كيفية استخدام الأموال وفقًا لأولوياتها الخاصة—سواء كان ذلك لتأمين الغذاء، أو الرعاية الصحية، أو التعليم، أو السكن، أو غيرها من الاحتياجات الأساسية. ويعكس هذا النهج الثقة بأن العائلات نفسها هي الأقدر على تحديد ما يسهم في تحسين أوضاعها واستقرارها.

The United Community Collaborative has been working together to identify vulnerable families in Sinjar and support them through a Direct Cash assistance program. We are pleased to share that this project, funded by The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation, has now been implemented alongside a Financial Literacy Course to help families plan and manage their resources effectively.
Direct Cash assistance programs are widely used around the world as a dignified and effective way to support families in need. Unlike traditional aid models, these programs provide households with the flexibility to decide how best to use the funds based on their own priorities, whether for food, healthcare, education, housing, or other urgent needs. This approach recognizes that families themselves are best positioned to determine what will most improve their well-being and stability.
In Sinjar, where many families continue to recover from years of displacement and hardship, access to flexible financial support is especially critical. At the same time, the inclusion of a Financial Literacy Course ensures that participants have the tools and knowledge to budget, save, and make informed decisions that can strengthen their long-term resilience.
We extend our sincere appreciation to The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation for their generous support in making this project possible. Implementing programs in Sinjar presents unique challenges, and their willingness to invest in this collaboration demonstrates a meaningful commitment to reaching communities that are often underserved. Their support has enabled us to deliver both immediate assistance and practical skills that can contribute to a more secure future for families.

كجزء من التعاون المجتمعي المشترك بين يزدا والمؤسسة الإيزيدية الحرة وأكاديمية سنجار، قمنا بتنظيم دورة في الثقافة المالية لمدة ثلاثة أيام لأفراد مجتمع سنجار. تهدف هذه الدورة إلى مساعدة الأسر على إدارة مواردها والتخطيط لمستقبل أكثر استقرارًا. تُعد هذه الدورة التعليمية جزءًا من مشروع أكبر لدعم ٥٠ من أكثر العائلات احتياجًا في سنجار من خلال تقديم دعم نقدي مباشر. ونتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لمؤسسة ويليام ج. ودوروثي ك. أونيل على دعمهم السخي في تمويل هذا المشروع المهم.

As part of the United Community Collaboration between Yazda, Free Yezidi Foundation, and Sinjar Academy, we held a 3-day Financial Literacy Course for members of the community of Sinjar. The course is designed to help households manage resources and plan for a more secure future. This educational class is part of a larger project to support 50 of the most vulnerable families in Sinjar with direct cash. We would like to thank The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation for their generous support in funding this important project.

تسليط الضوء على بعض طلبتنا: نقدم لكم ثلاثة طلبة من كورس اللغة الألمانية للمستوى A1 بإشراف استاذ أفدل: ماريا، سلام، وهيام. يعرض هذا التسجيل جزءًا من امتحانهم النهائي، حيث يعرّفون بأنفسهم باللغة الألمانية، ويشاركون معلومات مثل أسمائهم، أعمارهم، بلدانهم، وهواياتهم. تعكس ثقتهم وتقدمهم الجهد الذي بذلوه طوال الدورة. تهانينا للطلاب الثلاثة على هذا الإنجاز!
