The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will hold a public meeting regarding Derichebourg Recycling USA's proposed air quality permit, which would authorize emissions from an existing metal shredding facility in Houston's East End.

This permit could affect the air quality of nearby neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and community spaces. We encourage residents, parents, business owners, and community members to attend, learn more about the proposal, and make their voices heard.

Environmental decisions should not be made without the people most impacted at the table. Your voice matters. 📢
