Only 2 days left until HCOA's Homer Rising Performance! This collaborative community show pairs an array of performance, visual, and narrative artists together onstage for a unique and dynamic show you won't want to miss!
Let's meet a few more people who are participating in this one of a kind show as keeping counting down to the show:
Aria Palma has been studying multi-genre dance technique since she was 4 years old. She has studied with Motivity, Harbor School, and Nutcracker locally. Additionally, she has travelled to attend Alvin Ailey, Joffrey, Complexions, Steps on Broadway, and Alonzo King preprofessional programs. Aria will be performing solo and as a part of the Motivity Dance Collective alongside various musicians.
Bill White is a classical guitarist and composer based in Homer, Alaska and originally from Nampa, Idaho. Bill has appeared as soloist and chamber musician across the country and has released two albums: Moderno non Troppo, a selection of modern-but-not-too-modern works for solo guitar, and Echoes, a collection of works for viola and guitar recorded with his wife Elizabeth. Bill holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts degree from Arizona State University. Bill will conduct the Cosmic Warblers and be part of4 other performances on guitar.
Elizabeth White plays the viola and teaches violin to over 250 lower peninsula youth as director of Homer OPUS. Elizabeth will be playing viola in two pieces with musicians, dancers, and a painter.

Admission: $25 General, $20 HCOA Member, $10 Youth
