Did you know Hillsboro has a butterfly garden?

Built by the Hillsboro Lion's Club a few years ago, this peaceful space is located in Hillsboro City Park right next to the water tower. It was created as a memorial garden honoring our lost Lions members and continues today as a beautiful home for flowers, butterflies, and pollinators.

Bring the family out this Father’s Day weekend and check out the garden. Enjoy the flowers, watch the pollinators at work, and spend a little time in one of Hillsboro’s special hidden gems.

Please take only pictures and memories—leave the flowers for the bees. 🦋🌼

🌍 Lions Extend “We Serve” Globally 🌍

The Hillsboro Lion's Club proudly presented a $250 donation to Doctors Without Borders, supporting their lifesaving work delivering emergency medical care to people impacted by conflict, disasters, epidemics, and crises around the world.

While our mission is deeply rooted in serving our local community, we are equally committed to supporting humanitarian efforts that reach far beyond it.

Through contributions like this, we continue to live out our motto, “We Serve,” both near and far. 🦁

🇺🇸 Did you notice the American flags flying throughout Hillsboro yesterday for Flag Day? 🇺🇲

Those flags are part of the Hillsboro Lions Club Flag Service Program! For just $40 per year, our volunteers place and remove flags at local businesses for all 8 patriotic holidays.

It's an easy way to show your American pride while supporting the many service projects the Hillsboro Lions Club provides throughout our community.
