⭐Staff Spotlight⭐ Kelsey assists with the management of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, Great Community Give, the Rocco Legacy Endowment programs, and competitive grant cycle. She joined The Community Foundation in July 2024 after her graduation from the University of Lynchburg, where she discovered a passion for community engagement and nonprofit work with the Bonner Leaders Program. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to local restaurants and shops, and being outdoors.

We join TCFHR Board Chair Cynthia Prieto in celebrating Dolly Parton's many gifts as a creator, artist, philanthropist, and educator. Here in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, we celebrate the Imagination Library's impact since 2022: 145,800 books shared with more than 6,000 young readers. With the partnership of our local donors and the Dollywood Foundation, we pledge to continue shining her light for literacy.
