For a second time, A HUGE "Thank You" to the Appalachia Egg Company for all the eggs we received. We donated well over 600 dozen eggs to McDowell County and many to local food pantries in our area.
And a special shout out to Jerry Burner (Burner's Farm) for the donation of 150 pounds of ground beef donated to McDowell County.
Kindness is contagious! Pay it forward!

The Pork for the Pantry program includes 4-H and FFA students and families, who raise the animals and participate at the fair as part of a project. The students learn that they can make a difference in their community.

Thanks to our local sponsors, Pork for the Pantry has donated pork to feed approximately 1,800 families this year, each family will receive one package of product, whether pork loin, sausage or ribs, weighing about a pound. Families will receive that along with other food when they visit local food pantries.

What a great honor it is to give! The Farm Ministry would like to thank all of our partners and community who worked hard to give to those in need. We were able to provide three truckloads of warm clothes for the children as well as toys, food and daily essentials to those in need in McDowell WV, Myra, KY and Burnsville, NC, this past December. Thank you all so very much. This is what God intended us to do; to take care of each other. God Bless Everyone!
