🥒🥔 Cucumbers & Potatoes Available Tonight (Saturday, May 23rd until 9 pm) 🥔🥒

After an influx of potatoes out west and a short notice rescue of cucumbers, we have excess produce available to the community tonight (5/23).

Until 9 pm we will have cases of cucumbers and loose potatoes available. We have over 12,000 lbs of produce to distribute to community before Memorial Day.

We will distribute from our warehouse at 131 N Third St, Hamilton OH 45011. Once parked, walk to the loading dock off of the street and our team will greet you there. There are no income or documentation requirements to receive food.

🥔🥦Free Fresh Produce - Sunday, (5/3) between 12-3 pm 🍅🍞

Join us Sunday (5/3) from 12-3 pm at Butler Tech (3603 Hamilton Middletown Road, Fairfield, OH 45011) for a free community drive-thru-style food distribution.

Sunday, we will have over 100,000 lbs of fresh peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes (40,000 lbs of potatoes alone!), bread, assorted dry items, and more! The potatoes are loose, so please bring the biggest boxes and bags you have.

Note - the distribution will take place at Butler Tech's D. Russel Lee campus (~10 minutes from downtown Hamilton). Due to the large array of products, guests will drive through the distribution with volunteers helping load their vehicle.

JEE Foods community, we are excited to share a last minute excess of pineapple, celery, cilantro, and leeks with the community out of our warehouse in Hamilton at 131 N. Third St, Hamilton, OH 45011.

After a truck driver was denied at their delivery location late today, our team jumped into action to keep it from going to waste. Now, after serving various local nonprofits, we have an abundance to share.

All are welcome to come (no documentation or income requirements). Just walk up to the loading dock off the street, and our team will greet you there.

🍌Excess Produce Distribution, Saturday 1/24 9-10am 🥗

JEE Community,

With the impending winter weather our team has an excess of fresh produce (bananas & salad kits) along with other miscellaneous items that we need to distribute before the snow arrives.

On Saturday (1/24) morning, beginning at 9am, we will have excess product available at our warehouse at 131 N Third St, Hamilton, OH 45011. We anticipate running out of product by 10am. However, we will keep this post updated if we run out sooner or still have excess at 10am.

All are welcome (no income or documentation requirements), just walk up to the loading dock area and our team will meet you there.

🚨 Rescue Alert - Celery & Cilantro Available Tonight (1/7) 6:45-8:00🚨

After a last minute rescue this evening, we have fresh celery, cilantro, & bread available free of charge to the community (no income or documentation requirements). We have over 5,000 bags of perfectly good celery available!

Come on out to our location at 131 N Third St, Hamilton, OH to receive cases for your family and neighbors.

Tonight’s rescue is an example of the power of food rescue. The call came in at 4:00 pm this evening that a trucker had 12 pallets of perfectly good celery that was rejected at the receiving location. The driver had driven for two days all the way from California just for the trucker to be rejected without anywhere to go. However, this is where the story changes. Usually, drivers would end up at the landfill, but in this case, we had a relationship with the trucking company who gave us a call. Within 90 minutes, the truck rolled into our docks and is now being distributed to the community. Sadly, these stories are not uncommon but reinforces why we do what we do.

With that, we hope to see you tonight so that we can fill plates and not landfills.

Last Minute Excess Distribution Tonight (12/23) 6:30 until Gone!

Happy Holidays! Christmas came a few days early this year resulting in a limited amount of fresh produce (onions, bananas, lettuce, and mushrooms) along with small quantities of other items (bread, baking items, and more) available TONIGHT (12/23) starting at 6:30pm until gone.

We would love to see you tonight if you are in the area. Please note that we have a limited amount this evening, so it is very likely that we will run out before 7-7:30. Upon arrival, please walk into our loading dock area at 131 N Third St, Hamilton, OH 45011.

We apologize for the late notice. As you know, as a food rescue organization, our team never quite knows what we will have and when.
