🎳 That’s a wrap on Bowl For Kids’ Sake! 💚

We had a fantastic time Saturday afternoon at RollHouse Fairfield for our Bowl For Kids’ Sake fundraising event! We’re so grateful to all the teams who came out to support our mentoring programs, including board members, staff, Bigs, and friends of the agency. Your enthusiasm and generosity help make a lasting impact in the lives of local youth!

🏆 Congratulations to our award winners in the categories of Highest Bowling Score, Individual Fundraisers, and Team Fundraisers!

🎶 A big shout-out to DJ Joe Kool (Joe Markiewicz) for keeping the energy high with fun music and entertaining commentary throughout the event!

🐾💚 Mentorship is all about making memories, building connections, and showing up for your Little!

Big Sister Alivia, Associate Head Coach for the Miami RedHawks softball team, recently spent a fun day with her Little Sister, Onna! From walking Alivia's big dog 🐕 to taking photos with the women's softball team and enjoying ice cream 🍦 together, they made special memories that will last a lifetime.

Mentoring helps young people build confidence, develop new interests, and feel supported by a caring adult who believes in them. Sometimes, the biggest impact comes from the simplest moments spent together!

👻🎨 Creativity, laughs, and a little monster-making magic! 👹

Last Tuesday, our Club Of Unmatched Littles (aka COUL) had a spooktacular time at the Middletown Arts Center! 🎃

From creating their own clay monsters and ghosts to exploring the current gallery installation and rolling the dice for a fun “Roll a Monster” activity, our Littles had an absolute blast! 💚

But while these kiddos are making memories, 209 children are still waiting for a Big of their own.

Every child deserves a caring adult who shows up, encourages them, and helps them discover their potential. You could be that person! Becoming a Big means making a lasting difference in a child’s life — and having plenty of fun along the way.

Activities like these give our Littles the opportunity to explore emotions, express themselves creatively, and build a better understanding of their feelings alongside their mentors.

🏃‍♂️ A big thank you to Double Days 48 Hour Race for pledging to donate a portion of the race proceeds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County! 💚

Our team members, Jamie and Kerry, joined the racers on Saturday to cheer them on and lend a helping hand wherever needed. It was wonderful to be part of an event that brings people together for such a meaningful cause!
