YES for our Libraries - Supporters of the Lane Libraries On November 5, the Lane Libraries will ask voters to pass a levy renewal that will not raise taxes.

Facts About This Levy Renewal:

• The Lane Libraries are proposing a 0.75 mill levy renewal to the voters on November 5, 2024.

• There will be no new taxes associated with this renewal, which will be continuous.

• The tax per year for the owner of a $100,000 home would be $15.33 (less than the cost of a book).

• The library depends on the levy for 35% of its total funding.

• The passage of thi

s levy renewal will help protect library services and resources that are a vital part of the community, allowing you to continue taking advantage of the valuable assets of the public library.
