Greenwich Communities controls nearly 761 units in 15 properties, including home-ownership condominiums, scattered-site housing, various developments and Parsonage Cottage. Total residents served through all programs is 2,574.

The green ribbon was small, and so were the scissors, but the crowd that gathered at Armstrong Court to celebrate Phase II of renovations to the 1950's era housing development was substantial.

Greenwich Communities will be accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedroom units at the above-mentioned program BY MAIL. Beginning June 15, 2022, an official application form will be used to apply to ACP2. Applications must be addressed as follows and postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service.

Incomplete, or illegible applications without all required verification will be rejected. Forms will be available starting on June 15, 2022 online, or at the Greenwich Communities office located at 249 Milbank Avenue. For details, visit our website at www.GreenwichCommunity.org.
