Join us in celebrating JFS team member Simon Antoniuk on an incredible achievement!

Simon recently graduated from Norwalk Community College with his associate’s degree, and this fall, he’s heading to UConn to continue his journey toward his bachelor’s.

It was a great way for the JFS team to come together and celebrate him. We’re so proud of your hard work and can’t wait to see all you accomplish next! 💙

We have grown, and so has our impact.

Our updated logo reflects more than a new look. It represents our ongoing commitment to Caring for Connecticut as we expand our services beyond Greenwich and into communities across the state.

Same mission. Broader reach. Stronger impact.

When this client first came to the JFS Bennett Center for Behavioral Health, they were struggling with self-doubt and uncertainty, often looking to others for validation and feeling like life was “spiraling.” Therapy didn’t feel easy at first, but with time and consistency, they found their voice. Today, they are more confident, communicate more openly, and no longer shy away from difficult conversations.

Their journey is a powerful reminder that healing takes time, but meaningful change is possible.

“You are not alone… just take it one step at a time.”

If you are in need of therapy, please visit https://www.jfsgreenwich.org/behavioral-health-form to fill out our confidential intake form.

Loneliness Awareness Week is June 15-21. Loneliness isn’t always visible, but small moments of connection can mean everything.

For many older adults, even grocery shopping can feel isolating. A simple trip with a friendly face can turn it into a moment of connection.
Help make someone’s day.

Volunteer to support a senior with their shopping. Visit https://www.jfsgreenwich.org/volunteer-form

A Story from One of Our Older Adult Clients: During one of the hardest weeks of her life, a client found herself alone in a hospital room, far from family and filled with uncertainty. But she wasn’t truly alone.

Our Bikur Cholim volunteers showed up with a simple offering: a candle, a prayer, and compassionate conversation. Later, she shared something we won’t forget: “I didn’t feel alone because of JFS.”

In a time when everything felt overwhelming, human connection made all the difference. We are so grateful for our Bikur Cholim volunteers who bring comfort and light when it’s needed most.

Advocating beyond our walls 💙

Victoria Robledo, LMFT, and Jessica Lodato, LPCA, from the JFS Bennett Center for Behavioral Health traveled to Washington, DC for the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies Advocacy Fly-In, where they met with members of Congress to champion critical issues impacting our community.

From protecting SNAP and Medicaid to strengthening the mental health workforce and expanding support for older adults, their voices helped elevate the needs of those we serve every day.
