This is what empowerment looks like. 💛
Our partners in Guanacaste, Costa Rica are helping women empower themselves through our mental health program, the Ready Empowerment Program. Through this program, women receive five months of individual and group therapy, along with empowering workshops focused on human rights and women’s health.
These women are embracing the deep, courageous work of healing, building confidence, and creating positive change in their lives. This momentum is possible because of our incredible partner, CEPIA, donors like yourselves, and the brave women who show up each week ready to learn, grow, and thrive.

Mother’s Day can bring up many emotions such as (joy, gratitude, grief, loneliness, pressure, or even pain.)

For some, it’s a celebration.
For others, it’s a reminder of loss, complicated relationships, or the silent weight they carry every day.

No matter what this day feels like for you, your feelings are valid. 💚

This Mother’s Day, remember:
✨ You do not have to “have it all together”
✨ Grief has no timeline
✨ Rest is productive
✨ Setting boundaries is self-care
✨ You deserve support too
