✨ What an evening.
🌿 On May 17, supporters, volunteers, community partners, and friends gathered at The Field Club of Greenwich to celebrate GG&C’s 40th Anniversary and honor four decades of beautification, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
🌟 A highlight of the evening was a conversation with Alyssa Keleshian and Cynthia Malkin Blumenthal, daughters of GG&C’s founding leaders. Reflecting on their parents’ vision and leadership, they shared personal stories about the organization’s early days and the lasting impact those efforts have had on Greenwich and the generations that followed.
💚 We are deeply grateful for the incredible support shown by our community. Thanks to the generosity of our guests, sponsors, donors, auction contributors, and volunteers, the celebration exceeded our expectations and will help support programs that enhance Greenwich’s public spaces for years to come.
🌺 A special thank you to our anniversary co-chairs, Amanda Gaudelet and Alexandra Friedman, whose leadership helped make this milestone celebration possible.
🇺🇸 The evening also reflected our participation in America’s 250th celebration. The red, white, and blue theme woven throughout the event—from the invitations to the floral décor—was inspired by the seasonal hanging baskets that will soon brighten central Greenwich throughout town this summer.
🌱 As we look ahead, we remain committed to building on the legacy of those who came before us while inspiring the next generation of community stewards.
💚 Here’s to the next 40 years.
