Leadership Through the Lens of a Hmong Woman

What does leadership look like when it’s shaped by resilience, culture, community, and the experience of building a life in a new country?

At our upcoming LINK Luncheon, we’re honored to welcome Dr. Pa Lee Moua, a transformational leader, educator, and community advocate whose story is one of perseverance, service, and impact.

Born in a refugee camp in Thailand and immigrating to the United States at just five years old, Dr. Moua has spent more than 25 years creating opportunities for others to thrive. From education and leadership development to cultural preservation and community advocacy, her work is a powerful reminder that our experiences shape not only who we become, but how we lead.

💜 Your attendance helps fund scholarships for local women pursuing higher education. Together, we've awarded more than $540,000 in scholarships - and with your support, we'll continue opening doors for future leaders.

We're also proud to host a professional clothing drive benefiting the YWCA Women's Career Closet, so consider bringing gently used business attire or accessories to help another woman dress for success.

Yesterday marked the official beginning of a new chapter as Management Women proudly became LINK for Women.

LEADING. INSPIRING. NETWORKING. KNOWLEDGE.

While our name has changed, our purpose remains stronger than ever: to create meaningful connections, empower women through professional and personal growth, and build a community where leaders at every stage of their journey can learn, inspire, and thrive.

This rebrand represents more than a new look, it reflects who we are today while honoring the incredible legacy of the women who built this organization over the past four decades. Their vision laid the foundation for everything we continue to accomplish together.
