💙 We are that NWTC employees help make college possible for countless students!

Each year, NWTC employees have the opportunity to give back through the NWTC Foundation Employee Giving Campaign.

This year, two-thirds of employees have participated in the Employee Giving Campaign, helping fund scholarships, supporting the NWTC Fund, Student Emergency Fund, and investing in initiatives that strengthen student success across the College.

The campaign theme, "Many Hearts. One Goal.", reflects the impact of those gifts. While employees have their own reasons for giving, they're united by one goal: helping students overcome barriers so they can achieve their goals and build brighter futures. 💙

Kaila Carwin graduated from NWTC’s nursing program in 2025 and is already making an impact as a circulating nurse in the operating room at Aurora BayCare Medical Center — all while continuing her education toward a bachelor’s degree.

As a wife, mom, student, and healthcare professional, Kaila faced challenges that could have stood in the way of her goals. With the support of scholarships, caring faculty, and a community that believed in her, she crossed the finish line and launched a career dedicated to serving others. 🩵
