What a special moment as we welcomed our new YWCA Board members and officially swore in of the officers for the 2026-2027 board year. It was an inspiring start to this next chapter filled with strong women, strong leaders and shared commitment to advancing YW mission.

There was so much care and genuine appreciation as women shared thoughtful compliments and recognized one another's inspiring work. It is a reminder of the strength of women and the YW board.

We are so thankful for outgoing members and their lasting impact they've made on YW and the community we serve. Their dedication has helped pave the way for what comes next.

At YWCA, we believe in the power of women to lead, inspire and shape the future. We are thankful of the work behind us and so excited for all that lies ahead!

🌺☀️ El Cielo es el Límite — The Sky Is the Limit! ☀️🌺

Our Salud Para Todos community recently gathered on the rooftop for a fun and energizing Hawaiian-themed wellness event filled with movement, motivation, and connection.

Participants enjoyed a variety of activities, including Movimiento Consciente, Fuerza y Abdomen, and Fit Dance, all while taking in the beautiful rooftop views. The event was a wonderful reminder that wellness can be both empowering and enjoyable when shared with community.

To top it all off, everyone refreshed with delicious fresh juice and celebrated the journey toward healthier lifestyles together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this uplifting event. The sky truly is the limit when we support one another in our wellness journeys!

We were honored to host the Wisconsin Women’s Council for a lunch meeting at YWCA Greater Green Bay.

It was inspiring to gather with women leaders from across the state and see firsthand the strong alignment between the Council’s priorities and YWCA’s mission. From advancing equity to supporting women and their families, there's a shared commitment to meaningful change.

Opportunities like this remind us of the power of partnership and the importance of lifting up the work of the YWCA movement across Wisconsin.

Thank you to the Wisconsin Women’s Council for your leadership—we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent WorkMoney workshop, Know Yourself, Know Your Resources! 💰✨

Together, we explored how our experiences, beliefs, and relationship with money influence our financial decisions. Participants engaged in thoughtful conversations, shared insights, and learned about resources that can help support their financial wellness journey. Most importantly, we created a welcoming space where people could ask questions, learn from one another, and realize they are not alone when it comes to navigating money.

The conversation doesn't stop there!
Join us for our next WorkMoney workshop, Invisible Strings, where we'll explore one of the most misunderstood parts of personal finance: credit. Credit impacts more of our lives than we often realize—from housing opportunities to financial options and beyond—but many of us were never taught how it actually works.

This free workshop will break down the American credit system, help participants better understand the factors that influence credit, and provide a space for real conversations without shame, pressure, or confusing financial jargon.

🗓️ June 23
⏰ 12:00-1:00pm

Whether you attended our last workshop or are joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of this important conversation. Together, we can build knowledge, confidence, and a stronger foundation for financial wellness.

Our first TechGYRLS® site visit was a huge success! 🏗️

A big thank you to Berners Schober for welcoming our TechGYRLS® and giving them a behind-the-scenes look at the innovative work their team does every day.

During the visit, the girls worked together to design their dream classroom using AI technology and a 3D-printed model that allowed them to rearrange and reimagine their space. They also got an exclusive look at one of Berners Schober's upcoming projects at Camp Randall, where they participated in a virtual scavenger hunt and explored the project in a whole new way.

The experience didn't stop there! The girls had the opportunity to interact with a Matterport camera, explore a 360° virtual environment, and learn about the representation of women in architecture, engineering, construction, and interior design fields. Through engaging activities and real-world examples, they gained insight into how these industries work together to bring projects from concept to completion.

Experiences like these help inspire the next generation of innovators, creators, and problem-solvers by connecting them with professionals and exposing them to new possibilities for their future.

A special thank you to our sponsor, Schneider, your support makes opportunities like this possible and helps empower young women to explore STEMM, design, and technology-focused careers.

And the learning continues! ✨ Next week, TechGYRLS® will visit the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to explore the many careers that help keep our roads, bridges, and communities moving safely. Participants will also discover how drones are used by civil engineers to perform inspections and solve real-world challenges every day.

There's still time to join us! We encourage you to sign up and be part of this incredible experience.

🎓✨ What a special day celebrating our 4K graduates!

We are so proud of all the incredible children who reached this milestone and are ready for their next big adventure—kindergarten! Watching them learn, grow, make friends, and build confidence throughout the year has been a joy.

This graduation was especially meaningful as we watched some of our students who began their journey with us as infants in our childcare program walk across the stage as proud 4K graduates. From their very first days at YWCA to this exciting milestone, we have had the privilege of watching them grow into curious, confident, and capable young learners.

A huge thank you to our teachers, staff, families, and caregivers for supporting these children every step of the way. Your encouragement, partnership, and dedication help create a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Congratulations, graduates! We can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish next. 🌟
