The Success Foundation is able to do so many amazing things for Greeley-Evans District 6 because of the incredible people helping make it all happen. Each one of them shares a passion for education and a commitment to supporting our teachers, staff, and students. We think it’s time you get to know these fantastic individuals!

Meet Darla Francies, Success Foundation board Vice President and real estate professional at Sears Real Estate!

Darla has always been passionate about public education, believing that strong schools are the cornerstone of strong communities. She brings problem-solving skills honed through years of experience in schools, both professionally and as a volunteer while raising her own children in District 6.

She sees the Success Foundation as a vital support system, providing students with opportunities they might not otherwise have, offering teachers resources to innovate and be recognized through initiatives like the Success in 6 Awards, and supporting schools through programs like the Smart Lab project, food pantries, and music initiatives.

Three words that describe her? Detailed, Compassionate & Determined.

It’s no secret we’re into sports. (Check our memes from the last Thrive on $5 event) But jokes aside we’re proud to support after-school elementary athletics programs for 4th and 5th grade students. With more than 1,500 students participating in 2025. These programs help students build skills, confidence, teamwork, and perseverance while forming meaningful friendships and a sense of belonging.

As summer gets underway, so do summer camps, summer school, gifted and talented programs, and countless other opportunities across Greeley-Evans School District 6. Unsurprisingly, our Junior Board members are involved in many of these activities and continue to make a positive impact throughout the community.

We love to catch the SNAG Kits in action! We also love when S. Christa McAuliffe STEM Academy students have so much enthusiasm for learning golf on the amazing on a perfect learning course at Boomerang Links in Greeley! AND we love it EVEN more when the some of students are from the golf team and give us pointers on how to improve our putting….
