Fear of public speaking? You’re not alone. 🎤

Confidence doesn’t come from avoiding the microphone. It comes from stepping up to it.

At Salud! Toastmasters, we practice speaking, communicating, leading, and getting more comfortable being uncomfortable. No experience necessary. Just show up.

From a hailstorm-filled first meeting to becoming a chartered Toastmasters club, the journey of Salud! Toastmasters has been built by people willing to show up, grow, and support one another.

Like anything worthwhile, it has taken commitment, consistency, and a dedicated group of community members who believed in the vision.

Last night, we elected our new executive team for the coming year:

• Robert Lewis, President
• Melissa Beavers, Vice President Education
• Erik Briles, Vice President Membership
• Adrian Vigil, Vice President Public Relations
• Harold Pacheco, Treasurer
• Rigo Rangel, Secretary
• Raymond Vigil, Sergeant at Arms

Thank you to everyone who has helped build Salud! Toastmasters into what it is today.

We're excited for a new year, new relationships, new friendships, and new opportunities to grow together.

If you've ever wanted to become a better speaker, stronger leader, and more confident communicator, we'd love to meet you.

Due to the continued snowfall over the last couple of days and the potential for icy road conditions later this evening, we’ve decided to cancel tonight’s Toastmasters meeting.

Because our club meets later in the day, we want to prioritize everyone’s safety getting to and from the meeting.

Stay safe, stay warm, and we’ll see everyone at the next meeting. ☃️❄️

Big shoutout to our winners from last night’s Salud! Toastmasters meeting! 👏

Heather, Robert, and Greg all showed up, stepped up, and delivered. Strong messages, real presence, and the kind of growth we’re building this club around.

We may have missed the photo in the moment… but we made up for it. 📸

Proud of each of you for putting yourselves out there. This is what it’s about — courage, communication, and continuous improvement.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, come see what this is all about. No pressure. No spotlight unless you want it. Just growth.
