The Survivors Oasis will be working the wine booths again this year at GrapeFest, September 17–20, and we would LOVE to have you join us!

This is such a fun and easy way to support our organization and give back to the community. When you volunteer at one of our wine booths, your volunteer hours translate into a donation to The Survivors Oasis — so simply giving a few hours of your time directly supports the women we serve. 💜

Something new is coming to The Survivors Oasis. 💜

We’re preparing to launch a new private, virtual community for women who have experienced sexual assault or domestic violence—creating more ways for survivors to connect, create, and find support from wherever they are.

Members will have access to:

✨ Weekly peer-led support groups
✨ Creative writing & expressive arts workshops
✨ A private online survivor community
✨ Downloadable worksheets & healing resources
✨ Guest speakers & educational events
✨ Connection and support from women who understand

And when we say private, we mean it.

This is not a public social media group. Our community will live on a private website and app, with membership limited to female survivors through a confidential application process.

Whether you’ve shared your story with many people or almost no one, you are welcome here.

There is no expiration date on healing. 💜

Maybe what happened to you was recent. Maybe it was 10, 20, 30 or even 40+ years ago.

Maybe you reported it. Maybe you never told anyone.

Maybe you’ve done years of therapy. Maybe you’ve never sought support at all.

Wherever you are in your healing journey, you are welcome here.

The Survivors Oasis offers a community for women survivors of sexual and physical violence to connect, create and heal alongside other women who understand.

Our programs include therapist-led art therapy, weekly peer support groups, creative writing workshops, expressive arts workshops, guest speakers and a private online community.

You do not have to decide that too much time has passed.

It is never too late to seek. And it is never too late to heal.

At The Survivors Oasis, we believe healing can also look like finding community, expressing what you’ve been through, creating something with your hands, sharing when you’re ready—or simply being in a space with women who understand.

Our programs for women survivors of sexual and physical violence include therapist-led art therapy, peer support groups, creative writing, expressive arts workshops, guest speakers and a private online community.

And you don’t have to be an artist. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t even have to be ready to tell your story.

You just have to be ready to take one step.

June is PTSD Awareness Month. 💜

For many survivors, the effects of trauma don't end when the event is over. PTSD can impact daily life, relationships, sleep, and emotional well-being.

You deserve support. You deserve safety. You deserve hope. 💜

A really special night with some of our team and supporters at our giveback night hosted by Chicken N Pickle.

Moments like these are such an important reminder that community is built in the little things too — sharing a meal, laughing together, showing up for one another, and supporting a mission that means so much to all of us.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us, and to for partnering with us and giving back to our organization. Your support truly helps us continue creating meaningful programs and opportunities for survivors in our community. 🤍

What an unforgettable night. ✨

Everybody is a Star 2026 was more than a fundraiser — it was a celebration of community, creativity, resilience, and the power of people coming together for a cause that matters.

From the gold and sparkles to the laughter, music, silent auction, raffle excitement, and heartfelt conversations throughout the evening, the energy in the room was truly incredible. Watching so many people show up with generosity and compassion reminded us exactly why this work matters so deeply.

Events like these are about so much more than fundraising totals. They are about creating spaces where survivors feel seen, supported, empowered, and celebrated. They are proof that our community believes survivors deserve connection, joy, creativity, advocacy, and hope.
