Hispanic Heritage Month may be over, but the thank-yous are still coming! 🎉

Caro Periera … ¿cómo se describe a una mujer tan hermosa por dentro y por fuera? Desde que la conocí, mi corazón conectó con su buena vibra. There are people who walk into a room and bring their own energy with them. Caro is one of those people!

A journalist, author, speaker, educator and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience, Caro has built her work around the power of communication, authenticity and finding your voice. Through her book “Lo que no te dicen al migrar” and her work in Comunicación con Propósito, she helps people navigate change, embrace their stories and communicate with intention. 🙌🏽

And that gift was on full display as one of our MCs at CELEBRA Grapevine 2026! 🎤✨

Caro knows how to engage a crowd, connect with people and bring warmth and enthusiasm to a room. She doesn’t just speak to an audience; she makes people feel part of the experience. That ability to connect, celebrate our cultures and bring people together helped make Celebra an event to remember.

FASHION THAT TELLS A STORY. CULTURE THAT CROSSES BORDERS.

A special thank you to Francisco Casabal and Che 21 for being part of the Celebra Grapevine 2026 Fashion Show and sharing the vision behind GAUCHO VIEJO.

Inspired by the cultural histories of Argentina and Spain, the collection brought together two iconic figures: the gaucho of the Argentine Pampas and Don Quixote of La Mancha.

Through color, texture, and symbolism, Francisco explored themes of identity, memory, freedom, and the stories that connect generations across borders.

We are grateful to Francisco and Che 21 for bringing this creative vision to the runway and helping make Passport to Culture a celebration of fashion, heritage, and artistic expression.
