It’s Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month! Commonly abbreviated as AANHPI, this month of celebration and education began as a week-long observance back in 1979. This year, the Federal Asian Pacific American Council has announced that this year’s theme is “Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together.”
