Fall feels good in JeffCo. 🍂

October brings crisp mornings, leaves changing, and a whole new view of the communities we call home. From trails and open spaces to the Rocky Mountain views just beyond our backyard, there’s no shortage of ways to get outside and enjoy the season.

It’s a great time of year to experience another reason why JeffCo is such a special place to live, work, and explore.

💡What did 35 Jefferson County leaders bring home from Tucson?💡

More than just ideas. We returned with fresh perspectives, valuable connections, and a shared commitment to strengthening Jefferson County's economic future.

During the 2026 Peer Community Leadership Exchange (PCLE), local leaders explored how Tucson and Pima County have approached economic development, workforce training, business growth, and regional collaboration.

Now, the focus turns to JeffCo. From strengthening our talent pipeline and supporting local businesses to improving our business climate and building stronger partnerships, the lessons learned are helping shape the conversations and priorities ahead.
