Why is this important?

There are a number of mentions of McIntyre Ave. in the plan that indicate the County implies that McIntyre can handle more traffic. However, the County has not taken into account all of the possible traffic from the 128 rental homes at 54th & McIntyre, possible warehouse distribution center at 60th & McIntyre AND 435 apartments/townhomes at 64th & Easley or the possible 335 du/commercial that may be slated for 69th & Indiana.

Let's ask the Planning Commission to not approve the Future Land Use Map for West Arvada until we can coordinate the zoning and transportation planning with the County, Arvada and also CDOT.
