🎉 Congratulations to Leadership JeffCo's Class of 2026! 🎉

Leadership JeffCo has graduated 43 members of its Class of 2026, adding to an alumni network of local leaders working across business, government, education, health care, and the nonprofit sector.

Over the past year, class members spent full program days examining the systems that keep Jefferson County running. Sessions covered education, health care, public safety, the justice system, local government, and the regional economy, with participants meeting directly with the people who run those institutions rather than reading about them from a distance.

“Through my involvement with Leadership Jeffco, I enhanced my understanding of the community and fostered strategic collaborations, including revising the WMFR strategic plan with insights from a key leader with Jeffco Public Schools, Tara Pena. This experience expanded my network and provided a platform for ongoing support and resource sharing among community leaders.” - Todd Heinl - West Metro Fire Rescue - Division Chief of EMS

These stories are why we do what we do. We strive to bring up leaders that will continue to make a difference.
