LANESVILLE'S HOUSING - Second Community Roundtable this Sunday, April 12th, 4:00 p.m.

At our first roundtable discussion on March 1, neighbors talked about this:
• Lanesville is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and we'd like to keep it that way.
• Younger generations and the elderly need more places to live or rent in Lanesville.
• We're interested in adding smaller units, including tiny houses, Accessory Dwelling Units, and conversions of existing homes into two and three-families.
• We're concerned about large housing complexes and conversions to Airbn's and wonder about the capacity of the STEP sewer system to handle more growth.

In this second roundtable, we'll turn to looking at possible methods to achieve our goals as we advance together into the future. The LCC is offering its space for an open-ended conversation, with all perspectives and insights welcome.

Please Join Us on April 12t with Your Thoughts!
