Surprise! We have been keeping a little secret…over the past couple of weeks with something exciting has been taking shape at camp. From an empty space to an adventure filled playground, and it’s finally ready for our campers to explore! This project was made possible through the city of Gloucester‘s community preservation funding for recreation. Our Y applied for a competitive grant last year, and we are proud to have been selected as the recipient and for the opportunity to create our brand new nature inspired adventure zone for our campers to enjoy for years to come!

We kicked things off with a heat wave, but our campers stayed cool with plenty of water, ice pops, and sprinkler fun! 🍧🌞

Once the temperatures dropped, the real fun began — perfect weather for our epic foam party with New England Foam Factory! Campers danced, played and laughed their way through mountains of foam!
