Race day nerves are completely normal, especially for first-time runners. Here are a few ways you can help your runner feel confident and ready:

🏃‍♀️ Remind them that it’s okay to be nervous!
💬 Focus on having fun rather than finishing fast.
👏 Cheer them on and remind them how proud you are.
🎯 Help them set a small, personal goal for race day.
😊 Remind them that simply showing up and giving it their best is something to celebrate!
