In observance of Juneteenth, the OLLI office at Fresno State will be closed on June 19, 2026.

Juneteenth marks a pivotal moment in American history and reminds us of the ongoing pursuit of liberty, justice, and opportunity for all. We honor this day of reflection, celebration, and community!

We will reopen Monday, June 22, 2026.

Valley Public Radio reporter Rachel Livinal included our OLLI program in this story about how older adults are going back to school to keep their body and mind engaged.

While college student enrollment among seniors is low, those who do enroll say they reap physical, mental and social benefits.

Have you ever heard of San Francisco's Wave Organ? It's turning 40 this year. Fresno State's MCJ Department alum Joe Rosato Jr. did a story about this unique Bay Area site.

San Francisco’s beloved Wave Organ, a strange creation of science and art in the city’s Marina District, is marking its 40th anniversary on Monday. The piece officially opened on June 8, 1986, crafted by artist Peter Richards and stone mason George Gonzalez.

OLLI's summer session kicked off this week with our first activity, the "Go Nuts" tour of a campus laboratory, a behind-the-scenes look at how a citrus sorter and the tree nut processing lab work, giving Fresno State ag students hands-on experience with equipment they will need in the industry.
