We’re back with some more goods from the - a beautiful first American edition of *The Death of the Moth and Other Essays* (1942). The book was advertised as a continuation, at least in spirit, of The Common Reader series published in 1925 and 1932.

With a cover jacket designed by this edition was published on 24 September 1942. 3475 copies were printed in the first impression, following a second impression of 1500 copies a few months later.

Whew! We are back from Fresno State University where Woolfians from all over the world convened this past week for the 33rd Annual International Conference on Virginia Woolf hosted by J. Ashley Foster her most excellent program committee, and team of kind and competent student volunteers!

Special thanks also to conference artists, keynote speakers, and poets: Sonita Sarker, Ane Thon Knutsen, Jane Goldman, Paul Saint-Amour, Jean Moorcroft Wilson, Vara Neverow, Drew Shannon, Catherine Hollis, Emelia Raczkowska, Mai Der Vang, and Brynn Saito. And all the trees in Grants Grove. And the waterfalls of Yosemite.
