Ocean Monmouth Health Alliance (OMHA) is a regional chronic disease coalition comprised of health care providers, public health professionals, caregivers, cancer survivors, volunteers and advocates in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We aim to reduce the cancer and chronic disease burden through coalition initiatives supporting the goals of New Jersey Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. OMHA provides a neutral table where diverse groups work together to address health issues and potential ways to improve health disparities, gaps in resources as well as reduce barriers to services.
