Your experiences matter! Help make sure the voices of people with disabilities are represented in national research.

The University of Kansas is inviting adults with disabilities and chronic health conditions to participate in the 2026 National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD).

The survey explores important issues such as health care, housing, transportation, health insurance, and community participation.

Anyone age 18 or older with a physical, mental, emotional, or health condition is encouraged to participate, even if they don't identify as having a disability.

Share your experiences and help researchers better understand the needs and challenges of people with disabilities across the country!
