The Arc of Frederick County congratulates our chapter's graduates of The 2026 Arc Maryland Conference of Executives Leadership Class!

For more than 70 years, The Arcs in Maryland have partnered with self-advocates and families to create a collective voice and stand beside them to establish community supports and the full inclusion of people with disabilities in their chosen communities. Honoring the principles of self-determination, The Arc creates caring communities for today and the future. Following the natural rhythm of life, families are a part of seeing their loved ones launch into life with networks of support that sustain life-long independence.

Honing skills through programs such as Arc Leadership pays homage to the legacy of our founding members as best practices are put into place for today and tomorrow. Congratulations Karen, Renee, and Aaron for your outstanding leadership and advocacy!
