📣 We’re Hiring: Development & Programs Manager!

The Foundation for the Young Women’s Leadership Academy of Fort Worth is looking for a Development & Programs Manager to join our team and help turn opportunities into meaningful outcomes for YWLA students.

This is a unique role for someone who enjoys both fundraising and mission-driven program work. The position is approximately 50% development and 50% program operations—supporting donor engagement while helping ensure Foundation-funded programs are effectively delivered for students.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✨ A strong communicator and relationship builder
✨ Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
✨ Passionate about educational equity and student success
✨ Excited to work directly alongside our school and Foundation teams

Most importantly, this role directly supports our goal of helping YWLA students not only get to college, but graduate from college.
