💎 Empowered Women Empower Women 💎

Women United with United Way of Tarrant County showed up with notes of encouragement today for our seniors. While they work tirelessly through college applications and competitive scholarships, they'll be reminded there's a community standing behind them 💜

🎉 Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the Foundation for YWLA team!

We’re thrilled to welcome Antonese Davis as our new Director of Programs and Development.

In this role, she’ll help strengthen relationships with our incredible community partners, expand resources and opportunities for our students, and ensure our GEMS have the support they need to dream big and achieve even bigger.

We’re excited for the experience, energy, and passion she brings to our work—and for all that’s ahead as we continue investing in the young women of YWLA. 💎

Welcome to the team, Antonese 💜

💎 Strong women inspire strong women—and today, our GEMS got to see leadership in action!

We kicked off two exciting leadership opportunities at YWLA today:

🎤 The **Deborah Ferguson Speaker Series** launched with Anette Landeros of Trinity Metro.

💜 Our **GEMbassador Program** welcomed Jennifer Trevino of Leadership Fort Worth.

Leadership starts early with opportunities to find your voice, build confidence, take initiative, and learn from women who are already leading the way.

A huge THANK YOU to Deborah Ferguson, Anette, and Jennifer for showing up, sharing your experiences, and investing in the next generation of women leaders 💎
