⭐ SACS Superstar Spotlight – Erich Keefer ⭐
✨ “A positive attitude and a kind heart can change a student’s entire day.” ✨

Join us in celebrating Erich Keefer from Woodside Middle School as our newest SACS Superstar! 💙💛

While students may see him in the hallways, cafeteria, or helping throughout the building, families shared that Mr. Keefer’s impact goes far beyond his role. His kindness, encouragement, and genuine care for students help create the welcoming environment that makes Woodside feel like home.

💬 “He makes students feel seen and valued.”
💬 “His positive attitude and friendly nature have made a lasting difference in my son’s experience at Woodside.”
💬 “He is always willing to help and consistently brings positivity to those around him.”

As part of Woodside’s custodial staff, Mr. Keefer represents the heart of what makes SACS special—showing up each day with compassion, consistency, and a willingness to support students however he can.

The impact of caring adults is felt in the little moments, and families made it clear that Mr. Keefer creates those moments every single day. 👏

Thank you, Mr. Keefer, for helping students feel welcomed, supported, and cared for at Woodside Middle School!

👉 We have ONE more Superstar Award round remaining this school year! Know a SACS staff member who deserves to be recognized? Submit your nominations and help us celebrate the incredible people who make SACS special.

This is SACS ❤️

It’s the moments you can’t plan…
the joy you can’t fake…
and the connections that make our schools feel like home.

Behind moments like these is the SACS Education Foundation—supporting students, empowering educators, and creating opportunities that go beyond the classroom.

From innovative classroom experiences to programs that bring our community together, every impact starts with people who care.

Together, we’re not just supporting schools—
we’re strengthening a community.

There’s something special about hearing students reflect on the people, lessons, and experiences that helped shape their journey through SACS. ❤️

As the Class of 2026 prepares for graduation, these words of advice are more than just messages to younger students — they’re part of the legacy and community that continues long after graduation day.

The SACS Education Foundation loves seeing the connections that continue across generations of Spartans and celebrating the students, alumni, families, and community members who make SACS such a special place.

Once a Spartan. Always a Spartan. 🎓

SACS Alumni… this one’s for you 👇

What’s one thing you’ll never forget about your time in SACS?
A teacher? A tradition? A football game? A friendship? ❤️

We love seeing how deeply connected this community stays — even years after graduation.

👏 Congratulations to the outstanding educators recognized as their school’s 2025–2026 Teacher of the Year across Southwest Allen County Schools! 🍎✨

These educators make an incredible impact on students, families, colleagues, and school communities each and every day. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence help make SACS such a special place to learn and grow.

We’re proud to celebrate this amazing group of educators and all they do for students across the district. ❤️

Congratulations to each of this year’s honorees — and best of luck as one educator is selected to represent SACS at the state level!

👏 A big round of applause for these extraordinary educators recognized as their school’s Teacher of the Year! 🍎✨

Each year, all nine SACS schools select one outstanding teacher to represent their building as Teacher of the Year — educators who go above and beyond each day to inspire students, support colleagues, and make a lasting impact in their school communities.

Congratulations:

🎨 Creativity matters. Opportunity matters. And experiences that help students feel seen, valued, and celebrated matter too.

Seeing student artwork recognized across Southwest Allen County Schools is such a powerful reminder that education is about more than academics—it’s about helping every student discover their voice, talents, and confidence.

We love celebrating the many ways SACS students shine, and we’re grateful for the teachers, families, and school communities who continue to encourage creativity and artistic expression every day. 🖌️✨
