We are led by a common goal to care for others as Christ instructs in the Gospel of Matthew - to bring hope, comfort and high-quality healthcare to the most vulnerable in our community. Our Mission: We are inspired by the Gospel to provide free primary healthcare services to uninsured, low-income residents in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

✅ Over-the-counter medications (multivitamins, ibuprofen, aspirin, & acetaminophen)
✅ Empty gallon jugs (milk, water, or juice) for safe medication disposal 🥛💧
✅ Individually wrapped soft-bristle toothbrushes 🪥
✅ Monetary donations 💙

Their team jumped right in and helped us tackle SO much behind the scenes! 🦷⛳🎃📦

✨ Prepared at-home dental care kits for our patients
✨ Helped get ready for our annual golf outing, which supports Matthew 25 patients
✨ Prepped for our October Community Trunk or Treat Event (more details coming soon! 👀🎃)
✨ Shredded, organized and tackled all those behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly!

Each Monday, we seek medications and supplies to support our patients. This week, we’re in need of adult toothbrushes and denture cases!

Our amazing staff and volunteers provide dental care onsite, and we want to make sure our patients have the supplies they need to care for their teeth at home. 💙
