The Victory House for women is an incredible program. Pastor Patti and her program has changed my life forever. When I first got to the victory House I was a broken woman and with the support, structure, and stability that I was given I was able to rebuild my life. I can't express enough how Patti goes above and beyond for women like me. She truly cares about women trying to recover, reconnect with family, and relearn how to function normally in society. I am one of the most recent graduates of the program. I have a full time job, strong in my recovery, and now home with my family, raising my three girls all with full confidence in myself. The encouragement, faith, and strength provided by Patti and her staff has lead me to success!! I highly suggest this program to any woman trying to rebuild their life and is serious about their recovery. Thank you pastor Patti.... You have made an impression on my life I'll never forget.

O my goodness!!! I just looked at the page and have seen all the ladies that you've helped I am sooo hoping that I get to be apart of your family!
I'm already on my journey and have came along ways but I want MORE! And you're house is where I feel like I will excell!

My probation officer said that probably by Monday I could move in if you so choose me to join your family!!

Please please please think hard about it bc I would be so grateful for the opportunity to be become who I'm meant to be through your program!!

*This was a very emotional event, but I’ve worked up the courage to share my testimony

Before I accepted Jesus into my heart, I thought my life was pretty good, because I made lots of money & had lots of friends. I thought I had it all. But deep down I was miserable, suppressing unhealed trauma & pain, & projecting that pain onto the people I loved most. Losing the people I was closest to thrusted me into a deep depression & I used alcohol to cope. I started to push my loved ones away because I didn’t want to burden them with my issues. I felt everyone was better off without me. I hit rock bottom. I turned into someone I hated. I didn’t like where my life had went & I needed a change! So I turned to God, I prayed for guidance & prayed for help.

Then I found Pastor Patti & Victory House. She took me in. She helped me realize that my past doesn’t define me! That I can work through my unspoken traumas & move forward, I CAN be the woman that I was meant to be, I just have to put in the work to shake the bad habits I picked up.

I’m in therapy & attend prayer groups every night. She’s helped me open my eyes & turn my life around & reconnect with God. I’ve learned that in Christ, I am loved unconditionally, forgiven & full. I know that He was & will always be with me through it all. I’m never alone.

I’ve committed to changing my live & submitted my life to God. Doing this I felt all of the shame, worthlessness & anger lifted off my shoulders. I now know it is Jesus, the Son of God, who took my sin & shame away for good.
